Hazel was inspired to become a Finance Broker when she went through the process of building her own home. She found that the banks weren’t overly helpful, particularly when it came to assisting younger borrowers. “I saw it as an opportunity to make a difference, to make the process less daunting for all, especially those in the younger demographic,”

Hazel says. Hazel’s experience in the construction, resources and insurance industries gives Hazel an excellent grounding for finance. Representing Australia in both hockey and swimming, her background in competitive sport gives her a results-focused edge.

Hazel loves being outdoors in her spare time, particularly hiking and enjoying the beach, and she looks forward to travelling overseas again.
