👋 Hi, I’m Tracey – Director at FinanceCorp.

I’ve been in the financial services industry for over 26 years, and since 2009, I’ve had the privilege of running FinanceCorp, a business I’m incredibly proud of. Over the years, I’ve built an award-winning team of brokers who specialise in personal, commercial, and residential lending — helping clients all across Australia reach their financial goals.

What drives me most is people. I love mentoring brokers in my team and watching them grow, not just in business but in life. I believe in looking at the “bigger picture” when it comes to finance — it’s never just about a loan, it’s about building security, creating opportunities, and setting people up for long-term success.

I also genuinely love talking to people about finance and property. Over the years, I’ve lived and breathed it myself — I’ve bought and sold homes, built many investment properties from the ground up, invested in and sold both residential and commercial properties, and even bought, built, and sold businesses. Those experiences have shaped not only my knowledge but also my passion for investing and creating wealth.

Because I’ve been through the highs and lows personally, I’m always happy to share my insights and experiences with anyone who’s curious or looking for guidance. For me, it’s not just about the numbers — it’s about helping people feel confident, informed, and empowered in their financial journey.

I’ve also shared my knowledge through my book Smart Money, which gives practical strategies for wealth creation and financial freedom. Before starting FinanceCorp, I worked with brands like AGC Finance, GE (Harvey Norman), and Coca-Cola, which gave me a strong foundation to build on.

Over the years, my team and I have been humbled to receive industry recognition — including winning our Connective’s #1 Broker Group of the Year twice and being nominated for multiple awards. These achievements are a testament to the dedication and passion of the incredible people I get to work with every day.

On a personal note, I bought my first property at 19 and have been investing ever since. And outside of finance? Basketball has always been my other love — I played at state level for many years and still carry that competitive spirit and teamwork into everything I do today.
