This first contact is a quick and smooth 5-10 minute chat on the phone. Your broker will ask you a few questions to establish your requirements and gain an understanding of your personal situation to find out how we can help.

Sit back and relax - at this stage, we do all the work. Our role as your broker is to sift through the hundreds of options to find the home loan that will perfectly suit your personal circumstances. We will work hard to find the right loan.

Meeting

We offer a flexible service. This means that you can meet at our office or we can come to you at a time and place that is more convenient. We offer appointments that may be outside of business hours as well as on the weekend.
